Optimizing building utilization and ESG reporting

OBOS is one of the biggest real estate developers in Norway. One of their focus areas are property management and commercial property leasing. In addition to constant efforts to optimize space usage for their tenants, they see an increasing demand from tenants for real estate related data for ESG reporting.

Relynk has developed an API platform that allows companies to access a commercial building's real-time data. The collaboration between OBOS and Relynk has led to several innovative projects that have improved operations in and reporting from OBOS' buildings. 

These projects have provided OBOS with better insights into the use of spaces and meeting rooms, leading to improved resource allocation. The automation of ESG reporting has saved time and reduced consultant costs. The collaboration has improved data quality and accessibility, making it easier for OBOS to meet reporting requirements and share information with tenants. The collaboration has delivered positive results, both economically and operationally.
